Street Moda is a cutting edge retailer of authentic brand name footwear, apparel and accessories at prices that can't be beat on the street.
We carry the top junior and street wear brands in the world. The company was founded in 2005 by Internet entrepreneur Matt Kubancik, who was 18 at the time. Matt founded the company because growing up, he always wanted to the latest and hottest designer gear but could not afford the exorbitant prices retailers were charging. Coming from a very humble background, Matt wanted other people who came up from the same type of background as him to be able to access the latest and hottest designer gear at prices 50-80% off normal retail prices. Today, streetmoda.com is one of the largest independent footwear and apparel retailers on the web. Staying true to his roots, Kubancik devotes a lot of his energy to giving back. He works closely with Safe Place Services, which helps and shelters runaway kids, kids with bad family situations and kids with no where to run to. He can often be found giving out shoes to the kids at the local shelter, and also holding fashion show fundraisers for the organization.
Kentucky Pacesetter Award
This year, the Kentucky Small Business Development Center inducted eight high-performing small businesses into the Pacesetter Business Recognition Program. The winners represent various industries across the Commonwealth that are strengthening our economy and our communities. Street Moda is proud to be one of these businesses! The winners were presented with the Pacesetter Award by Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear at the Governor's Mansion.

Compassion with Fashion: A Fashion Show Benefit for Safe Place Services
Compassion with Fashion wasStreet Moda's Fashion show that was held on April 10th, 2010 at Prime Lounge in Louisville. All proceeds went to
benefit Safe Place Services, an organization that deals with kids in
tough family situations with no place to turn to. The event was a great
success having raised over $2,500 during the night's festivities.
Street Moda Launch PartyOn August 28th, 2009, Street Moda had a launch party at our 962 Baxter Avenue store location. Hundreds of guests showed up to celebrate with us. We also unveiled our Street Moda army truck at the party.
Street Moda Fashion Show
On October 3rd, 2009, Street Moda had a Fashion Show at Prime Lounge. We featured our many styles and brands of footwear along with several of our apparel lines.
