  • Must be available for photoshoots that take place in Louisville, KY.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be available weekdays from 10am - 3pm, and some weekend hours as needed
  • Must be able to show up to shoots on time, and in full hair and makeup.
  • Modeling experience is preferred, but not necessary.

     Buyer/Merchandise Planner

     Responsibilities and Qualifications:

    • Experience Required (clothing and footwear retail and/or merchandising and buying)
    • Travel Required (clothing and footwear trade shows)
    • Responsible for assisting head buyer/merchandiser with vendor contacts, pricing, merchandising, reports, invoices, and the like
    • Accompany head buyer/merchandiser and management on buying/fashion show trips. As asst, you will be responsible for handling all the duties delegated by head buyer/merchandiser and management.
    • Analyze history and current business in order to strategically forecast future opportunities.
    • As part of the merchandising team you will work closely with vendors and top management to meet company goals and objectives.
    • Negotiate and make decisions to buy, while in the market place.
    • Must be a go-getter, with a can-do attitude and offer a true excitement for the business.
    • Computer background is required along with knowledge of Microsoft office suite, internet explorer and other computer programs.

         Administrative Accounting Assistant


        • Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
        • Reviewing and processing timesheets and expense reports
        • Overseeing adherence to office policies and procedures
        • Maintaining office supplies inventory
        • Performs various accounting functions including A/P & A/R
        • Generating financial spreadsheets and researching for discrepancies
        • Some administrative duties will be involved; sorting mail, assisting other departments 
        • Responsible for keeping multiple accounting and operational spreadsheets up to date and accurate
        • Strong communication skills a must
        • Attention to detail and accuracy a must
        • Ability to work independently
        • A degree in Accounting is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
        • Must be able to pass both background check and drug screening and be free and clear from any non-compete contracts
        • At least 2 years of accounting experience. 
        • Must have great written and verbal communication skills.
        • Must have intermediate to advance Excel skills.
        • Have experience working in a face pace environment and have a strong sense of urgency.
