FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES!
We gladly accept returns and exchanges of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery, unless noted on the listing of the item.
Inventory changes quickly, to reserve your exchange item, either email email@example.com or call 502.491.1889.
Your package will include a PREPAID Smartpost label. Return and Exchange shipping is FREE. Each order will include a Smartpost label.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on clearance items, loungewear, intimates, hats, socks or swimwear.
We will gladly ship your exchanged merchandise back to you with no shipping charges.

Remember to keep your tracking number and insure your package, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit to Street Moda returns.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Shoes must be in their original box with no tape or labels applied directly to the box. Any shoes that are returned with a damaged shoebox, or tape or labels applied directly to the shoebox will incur a 40% restocking fee.
All merchandise listed as a FINAL SALE CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
BULK ORDER Returns (10 items or more) are subject to a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee.
If you are an international customer, just follow the steps for domestic exchanges, however, prepaid return labels cannot be used outside the US. Please use the shipping carrier of your choice.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed or abandoned, no refund will be issued.
