Returns & Exchanges | Street Moda
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction; if you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or process
an exchange. We want your experience with Street Moda to be easy and hassle-free. If you have any concerns or issues with
your product, please contact us prior to returning your item(s).
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date or receipt for full refund or exchange. If you are returning
an item between 30-60 days from date of receipt, you will receive a refund or exchange credit for the product's current selling price.
We do not accept returns on items past 60 days. Products must be in the condition you received them, unworn and in the original box.
We do not cover return shipping cost, but we will pay the shipping cost to send your exchange item to you.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST put your shoebox in a protective bag or box. Please do NOT put packing tape or labels on the shoebox as
this will result in a 40% restocking fee.

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on Loungewear, Intimates, or Swimwear unless an incorrect item was received.
Additional charges may apply when requesting another item as an exchange due to price differences.
