IMPORTANT POLICIES:
• All orders are processed within 12-24 hours, excluding weekends.
• All merchandise ships from the United States.
• All orders shipping to P.O. boxes will automatically be sent USPS.
• Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Street Moda is NOT responsible
for any import duties and/or import taxes.
• All United States FedEx Ground, 2 Day and Next Day Air shipments, with merchandise
value of $150 or more, and/or shipping to an apartment or condo complex will require
a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.
• Any order with a subtotal value of $29.99 and under, that is shipping by Standard US shipping, will ship DHL@Home service.
• If you are a customer outside of the United States, you will be subject to not only customs
and duty fees but taxes such as GST in Australia and VAT in the United Kingdom. Our prices
do NOT include these taxes.These taxes will be collected by the delivering freight company.
• While we do accept International card payments through paypal., we are no longer able to accept the direct credit cards. Therefore, if your credit card is registered outside of the United States, your credit card payment will not be able to be accepted. Any international card payments will be voided out/returned to customer's card within 30 days and customer will be asked to re-submit payment with paypal.
• Orders including PLEASER, LAMO, KLOGS and certain SANITA, KOOLABURRAS, ROCKETDOG-
For domestic P.O. box and all international orders that include these brands,
please allow a 1.5 week processing delay, as they are dropshipped from other warehouses.
• LUCCHESE ORDERS- Please realize that these items are custom-made to your
specifications and could require a 6 week processing delay.
• BULK ORDERS (10+ pairs domestic, 5+ pairs international) will be subject to actual
freight charges. Please contact customer service at our Support Portal if you plan on
ordering in bulk, so we can quote actual shipping charges.
• To COMBINE SHIPPING rates, all of your items must be included in one checkout.

• If you are located in Russia or Czech Rupublic and select USPS Express shipping, your order will ship
USPS Priority. The only USPS shipping services we can ship to Russia and Czech Rupublic is USPS Priority.
so we can combine them manually.
US CUSTOMERS: All shipping methods come with tracking visibility. All tracking numbers
are sent via e-mail within 24-48 hours of payment being received (orders are processed within
12-24 hours). If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact customer service. UK & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: DHL Global Mail does not provide tracking numbers.
If you wish to have tracking visibility, please select DHL International Express.
All shipping rates are based upon estimated weight of item. Lightweight shoes include shoes
that weigh under 2lbs. If a pair of shoes features lightweight shipping rates, you will notice
